1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aulitzky Tuning Auto Accessories Trading Co. L.L.C ("Aulitzky", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its address at 79WV+3XJ, 26th Street, Al Qusais Industrial Area 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on this website by consumers and business customers. Business (B2B) customers may be subject to additional written trade terms, which prevail where they conflict. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Returns and Refund Policy, the Shipping and Delivery Policy, the Warranty Policy and the Tuning and Fitment Disclaimer.
3. Products, fitment and descriptions
We describe products and their vehicle fitment as accurately as we can. Vehicle manufacturer names, model names and chassis codes are used only to identify compatibility. Images may differ slightly from the delivered product. You are responsible for checking that a product suits your vehicle (model, engine, chassis code, model year and existing modifications) before ordering; we will confirm fitment on request if you send us your VIN before you order.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices shown to consumers include Value Added Tax at the applicable UAE rate (currently 5%). Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay. Trade prices shown to approved B2B accounts are shown as indicated in the account. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if the correct price is higher, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel.
5. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation e-mail. We may decline an order (for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment); if we do, any payment taken is refunded in full.
Remaps, software calibrations and workshop services are booked by enquiry. We confirm price, scope and date in writing before any service is performed.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the payment providers shown at checkout. Card data is processed by the payment provider and is never stored on our servers. Ownership of products passes to you once full payment is received.
7. Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Governed by our Returns and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations.
9. Warranty
Governed by our Warranty Policy and the manufacturer's warranty of each product.
10. Use of tuning parts and software
Some products may not be approved for use on public roads, may change the emissions or noise of your vehicle, and may affect your vehicle manufacturer's warranty and your insurance. Please read the Tuning and Fitment Disclaimer before buying. Products must be installed by a qualified fitter.
11. Liability
We are liable for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect installation, use contrary to instructions, motorsport use, or use of a product on a vehicle it was not listed for. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Personal data
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to your right to contact the relevant consumer protection authority.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
